Las Vegas Motor Speedway NASCAR Shelby 350 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway February 28, 2010

Your tickets will be distributed at the following locations dates and times:

  • 29 Palms - February 24th, 2010 between 12:00 and 4:00PM @ ASYMCA 
  • Ft. Irwin - February 25th, 2010 11:00AM to 6:00PM at your Tickets & Tours Building, 976 Inner Loop Road, 760-380-7467
  • Las Vegas NV - February 26th 11:00AM to 9:00PM at the Tropicana Hotel
  • Las Vegas NV - February 27th 1:00PM to 7:00PM at the Tropicana Hotel


To thank you for your service Las Vegas Motor Speedway and Welcome Home Troops, have joined forces to make this free ticket opportunity possible. We really hope that you enjoy the Race with your family and friends.


We have added features to our program this year to make your travel and the NASCAR experience exciting:

  1. If you have filled out the “Survey”, your name will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win NEON Garage Tickets. You may visit www.lvms.com website for details on the Neon Garage. The winners will be announced at the ticket distributions.
  2. We have been working with Las Vegas Hotels to offer you some great discounts. The offer is for a limited time and only limited quantities of rooms are available. Most of the Las Vegas Hotels sell out for NASCAR Weekend or the room rates are increased for the weekend. Welcome Home Troops offer for these discounts is an “at will offer”, there is no obligation to you or guarantee of room availability by us, this is simply another way to say thank you.   3. There is bus service from the Tropicana Hotel and Casino, to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway for race day February 28th. There is a separate fee for this service, and we have included a link for you to reserve a spot. Click here for the bus transportation link. 
NASCAR weekend in Las Vegas is very busy and traffic is heavy, if you have special needs please keep that in mind.
Our performance is measured by the following : 
  1. Adherence to our stated mission, the donated tickets are given to honor Service members, by providing shared experiences with friends and family.
  2. Every ticket we give away must be used for the purpose it was intended. No transfers please.
  3. Our attendance is measured by scanning the tickets you are given it is very important that you attend the race. 

If we do not adhere to the performance standards set, we may not be given as many tickets for future events or we may lose the privilege of receiving donated tickets. Your assistance in the accomplishment of our mission is greatly appreciated.

There are 3.1 million soldiers serving in various branches of our military world wide. The reintegration process will require community awareness and assistance in these uncertain times. Welcome Home Troops mission is to provide platform events to help aid our military in the reintegration process. Providing resources and opportunities for communities to connect, support and care for those who have sacrificed to protect us and our nation.
